Booking Policy

• All consultations must be booked in advance.
• Full payment must be received before the consultation is confirmed.
• Appointment schedules are subject to availability.
• Horasutra reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Horasutra.

If a client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.

Completed Consultation

Once a consultation has been delivered through video call, audio call, email, written report, or chat, the service shall be deemed completed.

No refund request shall be accepted after completion of the consultation.

No Show

If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation shall be considered completed and no refund shall be issued.

Medical, Legal and Financial Disclaimer
